Which Country Will You Ship?
We support shipping to most areas in the United States,United Kingdom & Canada. If you are in other country, you can contact us for price of specific items, but we only accept payment in US dollars.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We usually process your order within 1-2 business days. Please note that in the first 7-14 days, you might not see shipping information as your items are collected or order is being processed at the transit warehouse. Typically, you can see tracking information within second 7-14 days.
How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Goods?
You will receive your items within 14-30 days. We believe that the joy of getting good things may sometimes be delayed, but it will never be absent.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
The time frame to change the delivery address is very limited. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and new address. There is a chance to successfully change the address within the first week of processing the order, and we will notify you of the result. After one week, unfortunately, you will not be able to make any changes.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We currently offer PayPal as a payment channel. If you haven't used PayPal yet, please complete registration first. If you have a credit card, you can also add and use it within PayPal. We are working on opening other payment channels.

Subscribe or register as our member, and you will receive discount notifications from time to time. Additionally, you can get more discount codes in our Facebook group. We also release discount codes on other social media platforms and through some of our partner platforms.
Why Do I Need To Provide Personal Information To Make A Payment?
Please note that we do not collect any of your payment information during the payment process. All payment procedures are conducted directly between you and the financial institution, so you can feel confident filling out the required information.

How Do I Return An Item?
Please contact support@catnear.com if your want to return your order, We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. We offer a 7-day return policy for quality issues and a 30-day 100% money-back return policy. For special items, returns may not be supported; please refer to the specific product page for details.
What If Receive An Incorrect/Damaged/Defective Item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. You can choose to exchange the product or receive a full refund.
What If My Package Is Lost And There Is No Tracking Information?
Please note that for international orders, there may not be any tracking information available within the first 1-2 weeks, even if we have actually shipped the package. If there is still no tracking information updated after 2 weeks, please contact us for assistance to confirm the shipping status and determine if the package is lost.
